Locations have different requirements for who can attend. This location is open to the following:
The event will be 2 hours long from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm (IST) and is divided into two parts of 1 hour each.
1) Introduction to version control system, commands, usage, application etc. (2:00 pm -3:00 pm)
2) Hands-on working on a real project i.e. forking a project, setting it up locally, doing our work and finally making a pull request. (3:00 pm - 4:00 pm)
No prior experience with Git and Github is required.
Students are advised to have a text editor installed (preferably Visual Studio Code)
