Hacktoberfest AEC Edition

Hacktoberfest Online Meetup

Saturday October 10, 2020
10:30am to Oct 11, 4:00pm IST
Event is hosted online

Event Description

Hacktoberfest — brought to you by DigitalOcean in partnership with Dev & Intel — is a month-long celebration of open source software. Maintainers are invited to guide would-be contributors towards issues that will help move the project forward, and contributors get the opportunity to give back to both projects they like and others they've just discovered. No contribution is too small — bug fixes and documentation updates are valid ways of participating.

Coding Club of Assam Engineering College, Guwahati has taken up the responsibility of organizing a 2-day session under Hacktoberfest. This is the first time we are organizing this and hope to reach a decent number of audience who are interested in contributing to the vast world of open source. We will be having as mentors our seniors, who are currently working with reputed organizations and have a vast knowledge of OSS. It would be great to have you with us for this little initiative of ours.

Can't make it to this online meetup? Hacktoberfest is virtual and open to participants from around the globe. Sign up to participate today.
