Puppet Hacktoberfest Hackathon

Hacktoberfest is a wonderful time of year! Puppet is excited to welcome anyone and everyone interested in contributing to open source to our first Virtual Hacktoberfest Hackathon. We have lots of ideas for how you can help us, from writing new 'steps' for Puppet Relay to fixing an issue in a Puppet module to contributing to Puppet itself. We'll have a "wish list" ready of Puppet content we want and issues we need help with, and each topic will have experts handy to help you get started and merge your PR. We need help in a variety of languages: YAML, Python, Ruby, Powershell, Go, etc. Whatever you're looking to learn or are most comfortable writing in, we need your help. We can't wait to see you there!

Event code of conduct

Hacktoberfest meetups are welcoming, open, and inclusive. We'll be using both the Hacktoberfest standard-issue Events Code of Conduct and the Puppet events Code of Conduct throughout. Happy hacking!
