Event Description

In honor of Hacktoberfest, the Quantum Computing team at Microsoft will be having a month-long virtual hackathon focusing on improvements to our open source projects.

The team has selected a variety of issues spanning nearly all areas in the Quantum Development Kit (QDK) and a broad range of complexity, from small writing tasks to fixing bugs and developing small features. You can find issues to contribute to in the following repositories:

You can check out our contribution guide and browse all our repositories to see if there is something not on this list that piques your curiosity.

And also read our Q# blog post with more details about the Hackathon and how to get involved.

Lastly, join the kickoff call on October 8th, to meet the maintainers of our repositories and learn about the areas you can contribute to.. We welcome all quantum enthusiasts to join us!
