6:45 - 6:50: Installation of Git and GitHub CLI
6:50 - 7:10: Basic theory of Git VCS (Branching, Merging, Basic commands)
7:10 - 7:15: Break
7:15 - 7:30: Using Git and GitHub together
7:30 - 7:45: Advanced concepts on GitHub, FAQ and Ending

You may need to install software like Git, GitHub CLI and VS Code for better understanding. This ain't a mandatory step but preferable.
